We Have an Advocate with the Father

Dr RJ Sing

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.”
1 John 2:1

Your calling is a calling away from sin. We are not sin conscious anymore. The Apostle John reminds us that God wants us to prosper and to be in Good health, even as our soul prospers. *“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2.*

As you commit your life to doing the Will of God and renew your mind with the Word of God, transformation takes place. Your soul begins to prosper. When you refer to your soul, it includes your intellect, your emotions and your will. Soul prosperity causes prosperity in every other area. *“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Romans 12:1- 2.*

God wants His New Creation to prosper in soul and body. The important step toward full health and prosperity is by Revelation of the New Creation. Praise God! Always remember that you have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous. When you do sin, you have one who speaks to God the Father in your defence. He is your Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ the Righteous. Be ever mindful that you have an advocate with the Father.
