Questions

How can we help?

Short answers to the questions people ask most about his books, the podcast and the church.

How do I buy and download one of his eBooks?

Choose a book on the Books page and select Buy the eBook. You sign in with your email address (we email you a 6-digit code, no password needed) and pay securely with Yoco. The book then appears in My library, where you can download it as an EPUB and a PDF, both included.

The EPUB opens in Apple Books on an iPhone or iPad, in Google Play Books or Kobo, and on Kindle through Amazon’s Send to Kindle. The PDF is for reading on a computer or printing.

How do I get my books again, or on a new phone?

Go to My library and sign in with the same email address you bought with. We email you a 6-digit code to sign in. Every book you have bought is there, and you can download it again as often as you like, on any device.

How can I listen to the podcast?

Every episode plays right here on the Podcast page: press play on any episode. You can also listen on Spotify, where you can follow the show to hear new episodes.

How do I find a message on a topic or a passage of scripture?

The Topics page brings together his videos, podcast episodes, books and Faith Chronicles readings on each subject, and lists special occasions and every book of the Bible his messages are drawn from. To look for a word, a name or a verse, use Search.
