I Have a New Life!

Jesus came so that you may enjoy abundant life. *John 10:10. The Greek word translated “Life” in this verse is “Zoe”. Zoe is the God-Kind of life. In this Eternal Life, He came to give us the Nature of God. John 5:26 say, “For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;”*

The Scriptures refer to both “life” and “light”. The Word “light” stands for development. In other words, “In Him was life, and the life was the development of men.” Praise God! In Him was Zoe and the Zoe was the development of men. We can also say it as follows: “For as the Father has Zoe in Himself, so hath He given to the Son to have Zoe in Himself.” Receiving Eternal Life is the most miraculous incident in life. You have the Life and Nature of God in your Spirit now! What a Glorious life! The Prophets of the Old Testament prophesied that God would establish a New Covenant with the House of Israel. *“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do [them].” Ezekiel 36:26, 27.*
