Partnership letter
God being your total supply in life
From the desk of Pastor Sing
Greetings to you my partners in Christ. This month I would like to share with you about *“God being your total supply in life.” I want to encourage you to live by faith and not fear. Fear based living produces death. Refuse to live and walk in fear and doubt. You are indeed a faith man/woman. Praise God! My Scripture reading is taken from the book of Philippians
*“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now unto God and our Father [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.”Philippians 4:19-20. The Greek word for supply is the word “pleroo.” This means, “to cram into a net, to level up a hollow, to furnish, to satisfy, to make full and a perfect supply.”The Greek word for need is the word “chreia” which refers to, “employment, occasion that makes a demand, requirement, or business lack that is necessary.
The word “riches” used in the above verse of Scripture refers to “Wealth of Fullness” that is literally, money, posessions, abundance, riches or richness. To put this all together it means that God has got more than enough to supply every need that you have. The question now arises, as to how does one tap into God’s unlimited resources? Let us now answer with another question. What do you have in your house? “*And Elisha said unto her, what shall I do for thee? Tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil.”2 Kings 4:2. God’s Miracles always start with a question. What do you have? The little boy with the five loaves and two fish provided the only resources for Jesus to bless and feed the 5,000
The widow who fed Elijah during the famine had only a little meal and a little oil as a resource. The common thread through these miracles is that faith was mixed with “offering things to God.” You must learn a vital secret. You have to learn to put the things into God’s hands to work with and multiply in order to meet your need. We call this “Sowing Seed.” This is placing; into the soil of faith some object that we “lose” in order that God may multiply it into a harvest.
Don’t wait for God to supply your need, begin to use what you have. God asked Moses, “What is that in your hand?” (Exodus 4:2). And the Rod became the means of Israel’s deliverance from Egypt. So, give your resources to God and watch Him multiply them for your deliverance. So, I trust that you will meditate on this Scripture the entire month and put it to work in your life.
Philippians 4:19-20:
Living Bible: “And it is He who will supply, all of your needs, from His riches in glory, because of what Christ Jesus has done for us.” Amplified: “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father is glory forever and ever (through the endless eternities of the eternities). Amen (so be it).”
I know that you have been blessed with this message; I encourage you to put this into practice and watch your life move to another level. I pray for you daily. I love you very much and thank God for you. May God continue to richly bless you and your family.
