The Way You See Your Life Shapes Your Life! (Part 2)

“Unless you are faithful in small matters, you won't be faithful in large”
We have discussed how life on earth is a Test. Now let us examine the second Metaphor. Life on Earth is a Trust. Opportunities and resources are all gifts from God that has been entrusted to our care & management. We are stewards of whatever God gives us. The concept of stewardship begins with the recognition that God is the owner of everything.
The more God gives you, the more responsible He expects you to be. At the end of your life, you will be evaluated and rewarded according to how well you handled what God entrusted to you. This included everything you do. Even your money is a test and trust from God. God uses finances to teach us to trust Him. God watches how we use our money.
Let us look at the following scriptures. 1 Corinthians 4:7 (NLT) “What do you have that God hasn't given you. And if all you have is from God, why boast as though you have accomplished something on your own” Luke 12:48 (NIV) “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked” As you begin to be faithful in small things, the Lord will continue to promote you.
