Increase in Favour and Wisdom

In the book of Luke, we see how Jesus was filled with wisdom. “And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.” Luke 2:40. We see that, Jesus increased in wisdom and stature.

“But to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength. 26 Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. 27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.”

As you examine this verse of scripture, we see five things Christ is made to us: The Power of God, the Wisdom of God, the Righteousness of God, the Holiness of God, and the Redemption of God. This is marvelous. Glory to God! You function in all of the above. The Holy Ghost lives in you now. The Spirit of Wisdom is in you now. You just need to walk and function in this wisdom. Wherever you are, no matter what job you are doing, when others come to you and cannot find a solution to their problems, you, by the Spirit, suddenly will give the solution to a problem. This is the Power of Wisdom. Glory to God!
