How Can I Bring Glory to God? – Part 2

Once we are born again, God wants us to grow into Spiritual Maturity. That means, becoming like Jesus. The more we develop our Christ like character, the more we bring Glory to God. God gave us a new life and a new nature when we accepted Christ.

Now, for the rest of your lives, God wants you to continue the process to change your character. We bring Glory to God by serving others with our Gifts. In 1 Peter 4:10-11 (NLT) “God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. 11 Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God Himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ.”

Each one of us is uniquely designed by God with talents, gifts, skills and abilities. The way you are ‘wired’ is not an accident. God did not give you abilities for selfish purposes. They were given to benefit others. So begin to use them for others. Begin to share your life.
