Belief in the Kingdom – Part 3

Dr RJ Sing

“For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].”
(Mark 11:24 – AMP)

Jesus made faith simple to get results in the Kingdom, all we have to do is believe that He has the power to deliver. Two blind men came to Him asking Him to restore their sight and Jesus asked, ‘Do you believe that I am able to do this?’ (Matthew 9:27-29). Jesus wants us to change our thinking and believe the gospel despite impossibilities. We cannot receive from the Kingdom of God, while relying on the world’s way of doing things.

Mark 1:15 AMP “And saying, The [appointed period of] time is fulfilled (completed), and the Kingdom of God is at hand; repent (have a change of mind which issues in regret for past sins and in change of conduct for the better) and believe (trust in, rely on, and adhere to) the good news (the Gospel).”

A ruler of the synagogue received the news that his daughter was dead and Jesus responded (see Mark 5:35-42). Paul also trusted God, even in the midst of a storm at sea. When we believe God, there are no limitations. Even the dead can be raised through belief in God. Acts 27:25 AMP “So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith (complete confidence) in God that it will be exactly as it was told me.”
