I Receive the Crown of Life
Dr RJ Sing
“Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.”
This is what you have already received as a Child of God. You have received the Crown of Life. As you live this life of faith, you are being tested and being approved by God. So, don’t give up or quit! The Lord is with you. Continue to persevere with joy and patience: “Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.” James 5:11 NKJV.
You are a blessed person as you persevere and overcome trials and temptations. Because you know the Father, you can outlast any and every trial that you face. As you persevere, you will be blessed with your Father’s abundance. Don’t pay any attention to those who hate you: “Everyone shall hate you because you belong to Me. But all of you who endure to the end shall be saved.” Matthew 10:22. When the chips are down and things don’t look so good, consider the perseverance of Job and how the Lord rewarded him.
He continued to prosper when his suffering ended and the Lord gave him twice as much as before. The Lord loves you and is full of compassion towards you and your family and you have now received the Crown of Life.
