You Are Guarded by God
Dr RJ Sing
“That is why I am suffering here in jail, and I am certainly not ashamed of it, for I know the one in whom I trust, and I am sure that he is able to safely guard all that I have given him until the day of his return.”
You are now free from the fear of death. You are now one with the Creator of the universe. He shared in your humility and fallen nature so that through His death He destroyed him (devil) who held the Power of death. “And Christ became a human being and lived here on earth among us and was full of loving forgiveness and truth. And some of us have seen his glory the glory of the only Son of the heavenly Father!” John 1:14.
Jesus has set you completely free from the fear of death, which once held you in bondage. “In this way God took away Satan's power to accuse you of sin, and God openly displayed to the whole world Christ's triumph at the cross where your sins were all taken away.” Colossians 2:15. Therefore, fix your eyes on Jesus, who is the Apostle and High Priest of your confession. You now have the assurance that Jesus is faithful and in charge of all God’s Children.
He spoiled principalities and powers on your behalf and stripped them of power and authority. This victory He has passed to you that you may live a triumphant and victorious life. So, live your life in this God kind of confidence with boldness and without fear. You are now positively delivered from the fear of death.
