Jesus Spoke to the Fig Tree (1)

“And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. And his disciples heard [it].”
*“And it obeyed the voice of the Master”. Many people miss out on a successful and victorious life because of the kind of words they speak. They have not come to a point in their lives where they have realised that the type of life they lead is dependent on their words. Words determine your life. As we study the Life of our Lord Jesus Christ, we see the importance of words
He used words when He healed the sick. He cast out demons and evil spirits by the words He spoke and He performed miracles by the words He spoke. He accomplished supernatural feats by the words He spoke. So words are very important. The right words spoken changes situations.
Not only did He speak to the fig tree but He also spoke to it loudly. We know this because His disciples heard Him. At the time the fig tree did not change its appearance, nothing seemed to happen in front of the optical eye. However, in the Realm of the Spirit, the roots, the ground and the entire tree heard the Words of Jesus and started to respond to it.
