Walking Worthy Of The Lord
From the desk of Pastor Sing
Greetings to you in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We have entered into another month this year, September 2008. Praise God for everything He has brought us through! Thank you for your love, support and commitment to the extending of God’s Kingdom.
This month I would like to address you on the topic of *“Walking Worthy Of The Lord.”*
“And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].” (AMP)
“For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence. (KJV)
We are no longer ordinary men and women. We are the Sons of God!
“For ye are yet carnal: for whereas [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?” (KJV)
We are special and chosen by our Heavenly Father. The Lord wants us to bear fruit and to be fruitful in every good work. Bearing fruit comes from the abiding Word.
“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.” (KJV)
We have to bear the following fruit in our lives;
- Prayer fruits
- Faith fruits
- Love fruits
We have been made to abide in Him and we have been made capable of containing the Word. As we walk *Worthy Of The Lord, we are sure to bear fruit and prosper in this life. You are a covenant man and covenant woman of God
The covenant man is God inside minded. I urge you not to limit the Holy Spirit. If you do this, then you are limitless. You begin to take on new and much greater responsibilities. God’s abilities are yours. God’s Wisdom is yours. Go forward in Life. The Christian life is exciting. It is an adventure in faith. Don’t be moved by the challenges life offers you. You are bigger than your challenges.
You may have messed up and feel that you are not worthy. Don’t go by your feelings. God has plenty for you to do. Smile, Stand up and Keep walking. Everything you need in life is ahead and not behind. So, just keep pressing forward. God is with you in a Strong way!
As you sow your Tithe, offerings and pledges this month, I declare God’s Favor on your life. You are blessed and empowered to prosper. You are a success and a shining light, shining brighter and brighter. Glory to God!
Pastor Zubeda and I pray for you daily. We love you very much and thank God for you. May God continue to richly bless you and your family.
With Love…Pastors Roshan and Zubeda Sing
