You Are Free from the Fear of Death!
Dr RJ Sing
“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
You are now free from the fear of death. You are now one with the Creator of the universe. He shared in your humility and fallen nature so that through His death He destroyed him (devil) who held the Power of death. “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”John 1:14.
Jesus has set you completely free from the fear of death, which once held you in bondage. “[And] having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”Colossians 2:15.
Therefore, fix your eyes on Jesus, who is the Apostle and High Priest of your confession. He spoiled principalities and powers on your behalf and stripped them of power and authority. This victory He has passed to you that you may live a victorious life. So, live your life in this God kind of confidence with boldness and without fear.
