You Are a Holy Sanctuary!
Dr RJ Sing
“If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are.”
You are now a spiritual man/woman who can make sound judgments above all things (both natural and spiritual). For it is written, “For who has known the mind of the Lord, that He may instruct Him?”
Yet you have the Mind of Christ. You are also God’s Temple and God’s Temple is Holy, Glory to God! He has chosen to dwell in your body. What an awesome Privilege! “What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.”1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Both your body and your Spirit now belong to God.
The Bible clearly states that you are bought with a price and you now belong to the Lord. You are now a Holy Sanctuary. Your Body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost. Not only is the local Church a Temple of the Holy Spirit. You as a Believer was purchased on Golgotha’s Hill. The price that was paid for you has been paid in full. You are now the precious Temple of the Holy Ghost. As you go into your day, remember that you are His Holy Sanctuary.
