I Am the Sheep of His Pasture

Pastor Zubeda Sing

“Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he [is] God: [it is] he [that] hath made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”
Psalm 100:2-3

You belong to God and are the sheep of His pasture. He is your Shepherd. That is why the Scripture declares; serve the Lord with gladness, for He has made us. When you think about all the wonderful things that God has done in your life, you can’t help but to lift your hands and give Him Praise! He is awesome, and it should be a joy for you to serve Him.

You must make every effort to serve the Lord with gladness and begin to come before His Presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God and it is He that has made you. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him, and bless His Name. Why? Because the Lord is good and His mercy is everlasting and His truth endureth to all generations. The Lord is your strength and therefore you are to rejoice in His Majesty. God has made and fashioned you.

You are His Child and a sheep in His pasture. Therefore you must remain thankful for all that He has done for you. Therefore your Heavenly Father does not keep account of what you have done wrong. He forgives you fully and never forsakes you.
