Merry Christmas!

Dr RJ Sing

“And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord”
Luke 2:10-11

This is a wonderful day and I trust that you will both celebrate this day as well as enjoy it. The Greatest Gift of all is the Gift of Jesus Christ to us from God the Father. Jesus is our Hope, Redemption and Victory. He is our Advocate with the Father, our blood-Covenant friend who will never leave us nor forsake us.

In Him we have the joy of living a wonderful heavenly life on earth. He is the meaning of Christmas. Christmas means “Anointing” Celebration. It’s the Celebration of How God Anointed Jesus “who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil” (Acts 10:38) It’s a Story of our Triumphant Savior, Jesus the Christ, the Lord of lords and the King of kings. God so loved you that He gave His only Son for You. Through believing in Him we have everlasting life. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” John 3:16.

As you celebrate Christmas day, think about what God has done for us. Enjoy today and celebrate the fact that Jesus Christ paid the price for us. Make this day a time to remember what Jesus has done, and also a day to forgive & forget those that hurt you. Have a Blessed Christmas.
