Fear Not (Part 16)

Dr RJ Sing

“Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof.”
Matthew 6:34

We are reminded of God’s Provision. If God can take care of the birds, He can take care of you. (Math 6:26). If God clothes His lilies, He can clothe you. (Math 6:28). Do not accept thoughts of doubt. Do not speak doubt – filled Words. When you speak doubtful words, it is like signing for a package you don’t want. In other words, you begin to accept the doubt.

Worry does not add anything positive to any situation. (Math 6:27). Overcome negative meditation by filling your mind with God’s Word. God knows what you need. Matthew 6:33 (AMP) “But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.” Seek Him first.

He cannot get involved in your life, when you meditate on words that contradict His Word. Become Thankful in your daily life. Express your gratitude to God and then to others. Do not worry or get stressed out about tomorrow. Help someone else. This will keep you busy and help you forget your challenges.
