7 Laws to a successful life Part 2
From the desk of Pastor Sing
Greetings to all my precious Partners in Christ Jesus our Lord. This month I would like to share with you along the lines of ‘7 Laws to a successful life Part 2’.
My foundational scriptures are as follows, Psalm 112:1-10 “1 Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments. 2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever. 4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous. 5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion. 6 Surely he shall not be moved forever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. 7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. 8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies. 9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour. 10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.”
Proverbs 4:1-13 “1 Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding. 2 For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law. 3 For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother. 4 He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live. 5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee. 10 Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many. 11 I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. 12 When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble. 13 Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.”
There are four types of people that will always fail.
- The Undecided,
- The Unlearned
- The Unfocused
- The Unexcited
The saddest tragedy in life is a heart that has not caught fire. You must know how to focus the mind. Know how to make the mind work for you. Learn to control the mind. Learn how to be focused/concentrate. Have a picture in your mind of what you want.
Then go for it! (Visualization) Begin to see it. Have pictures up on the wall.
Seven mental Laws/Laws of the mind that will bring you success:
Anything worth having is worth applying some effort to attain. Take these truths to better your life and the lives around you.
Law # 1: The Law of Attraction:
You are a living magnet and you attract whatever is in alignment with your dominant thoughts. Like attracts like and when you are clear about what you want to attract, you will. Couple your desire with the intensity that comes with why you want the things you want, and it will come.
Law # 2: The Law of Expectation:
Whatever you ‘expect’ with confidence becomes a reality and a self-fulfilling prophecy. Not what you want, but what you expect.
Law # 3: The Law of control:
You feel good about yourself to the extent that you feel in control of your life. As you work towards your goal, you begin to feel good for which you have made a conscious decision to target. Your actions target your feelings of being in control of your destiny.
Law # 4: The Law of Belief:
Whatever you believe with feeling, becomes your reality. Whatever your belief system supports, is what you become. If you believe with feeling that you are a success, you will be. The same with failure.
Law # 5: The Law of Correspondence:
Your outer world corresponds to your inner world. You must be, rather than do! You cannot be badly groomed, drive in a filthy car etc, and convince those around you, that what is going on, on the inside is congruent with your stated desire of success.
Law # 6: The Law of Cause and Effect:
For every effect in your life, there is a definite or specific cause. Change the cause and get rid of the effect.
Law # 7: The Law of Mental Equivalency:
Your thoughts, vividly imagined and repeated, while changed with emotions becomes your reality. You create the mental equivalent to what you want and everything else will follow.
Conclusion:
You cannot receive a miracle from God until you reach. People reach when they have a desperate need. Barthimaeus pursued his miracle by attracting the attention of Jesus. (Mark 10:46-47) The woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34) You must expect a divine re-action to a passionate request. (Luke 11:11-13)
You must need a miracle before you will experience one.
May God continue to richly bless you and your family. I pray for you daily and take pleasure in seeing you enjoy God’s blessings.
We Love you very much, Dr. Roshan and Pastor Zubeda Sing.
