Have a genuine interest in others. This is the key to friendship. People will be interested in you and will also want to be around you if they know you are genuinely interested in them and care. You must also have the ability to communicate and know how to express yourself.

When dealing with sensitive issues use wisdom. Be humble and never allow the spirit of pride to fill your heart. People can tell when you think you are better than they are. Romans 12:3 AMP “For by the grace (unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimate and think of himself more highly than he ought [not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance], but to rate his ability with sober judgment, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him.”

Be a person of inspiration and be enthusiastic. Enthusiasm is a vital quality that will rouse you into action, it is also contagious and please don’t fake enthusiasm. Don’t be the kind of person who dwells on the negative things, rather avoid self-pity and surround yourself with enthusiastic people. So, get enthusiastic about your work, your dreams and about life.
