March Towards Your Destiny – Part 2

Dr RJ Sing

“I'm not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. 13 Friends, don't get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I've got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. 14 I'm off and running, and I'm not turning back.”
(Philippians 3:12-14 – MSG)

What walls do we face today? We face personal finances, personality conflicts, problems at work, health issues, family problems, anger, resentment, fear etc. The mistake we make is that we take things into our own hands to work them out. Second, we make the mistake on focusing too much time and energy on the obstacle itself and therefore sometimes we choose to ignore the walls, hoping that they will disappear or become somebody else’s obstacle.

What walls in your life need to come down? What steps are you prepared to take, to let God break them down? We all have walls that seem to be permanent and the truth is, they won’t come down unless we are willing to follow God’s plan. Walls like: Bitterness, anger, unforgiveness and pride can stand stubbornly rooted in our lives.

So, unless we follow God’s Word, and tell Him that we are ready to trust Him, to bring them (ours walls) down for our good then we will experience a ‘Jericho ending of these walls.’
