A Life Rooted in God – Part 2

“All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.”
John 14:6 AMP “Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.” Let’s look at this example: Take a Pot Plant – if it chooses to uproot itself and sit on the windowsill, it will die. The soil will not be able to meet its basic needs and so it is with human beings and God.
If you stay with God’s Word, and His Word takes root in your heart you become established. His power is released as you stay alive in His Word and if you pull yourself out of God, you will shut down your productivity and forfeit the Blessings of God. So, do you need joy and do you need peace, go to God. Set your root firmly in God’s Word and if you need help to overcome some issues, spend time in God.
Jesus promises in Matthew 19:26 AMP “But Jesus looked at them and said, with men this is impossible, but all things are possible with God.” God is the soil you unconditionally need.
