Kingdom Leadership – Part 5

Dr RJ Sing

“Then the Lord said to Moses, "Summon before me seventy of the leaders of Israel; bring them to the Tabernacle, to stand there with you. I will come down and talk with you there, and I will take of the Spirit which is on you and will put it upon them also; they shall bear the burden of the people along with you, so that you will not have the task alone.”
(Numbers 11:16-17)

Romans 7:21 AMP “So I find it to be a law (rule of action of my being) that when I want to do what is right and good, evil is ever present with me and I am subject to its insistent demands.” As leaders we don’t have to be naïve. Otherwise, we will spend our whole life trying to figure out why, instead of going forward.

It is inevitable that offenses will come, yet people are shocked when it comes. I used to get upset with liars. I could not understand how they lie, then this dawned on me, that’s what liars do – Incredible revelation it freed me, how? I was expecting liars to tell the truth (how naïve). Jesus was not surprised. He said, you do what your Father does.

Leaders have to work in a certain mind-set in order to lead. If you do not, you will go on tangents. De-tours, be distracted and get involved in all that is irrelevant. The devil has got a lot of stuff to distract you, but don’t let him. When dealing with people, seek through all that is not relevant.
