Kingdom Leadership – Part 6

Dr RJ Sing

“Then the Lord said to Moses, "Summon before me seventy of the leaders of Israel; bring them to the Tabernacle, to stand there with you. I will come down and talk with you there, and I will take of the Spirit which is on you and will put it upon them also; they shall bear the burden of the people along with you, so that you will not have the task alone.”
(Numbers 11:16-17)

Mark 4:14 AMP “The sower sows the Word.” Let’s take is out of religious setting and deal with it as a Life lesson that Jesus taught. God wants His people to have Visions and Dreams. God takes a person and sows that vision or idea into the heart of that person and then it becomes impregnated with that dream or vision. They become the carrier or the creative force behind the Vision. That vision then attracts others to support it, so that it comes to pass. As a leader, you have to take that dream or vison and transfer it to people, to cause it to come to pass. Jesus then teaches us some important lessons here in transforming the vison or ideas to others.

The first thing we must learn is that we must identify clearly the people we have to work with. We must become students of soil. We therefore have to sow liberally, because that determines the return on your investments. So, when you sow your ideas, your dreams out to people (public), you are going to have some results. What are they? Sowing is risky business, therefore, you must sow in faith. 25% guaranteed return on your investment – talking about people. With some people it just doesn’t click.
