You Are to Honour God

“Honor the Lord with your capital and sufficiency [from righteous labors] and with the firstfruits of all your income; 10 So shall your storage places be filled with plenty, and your vats shall be overflowing with new wine.”
There is a wonderful secret or principle found in the above Proverb. This basic principle in Proverbs can mean success or failure in your life. Well, you may ask, what is this principle?
The principle is that if you want God to honor you in any area of your life, you are going to have to honor Him in that particular area. You must honor God with your money, or the first fruits of all your increase. You are going to have to Tithe.
If you don’t honor God with your money, you will be in the same financial position next year that you are in today. Begin to give God His first fruits, your Tithe. God is always Faithful to honor and bless you as you put Him first. This is what is known as wise living.
Do not concern yourself as to what others are saying. You just go ahead and do the right thing. Begin to honor Him with your wealth and the best part of your increase. This will bring you an abundant Harvest.
