Operate with the Mind of Christ
Dr RJ Sing
“Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.”
The above Scripture expresses the tone and manner in which Believers conduct spiritual warfare. It is by casting down (destroying) imaginations (false arguments). This is how a Child of God should live. He/she is to cast down thoughts and imaginations that is against the Word (knowledge) of God. “For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”1 Corinthians 1:19 NKJV.
Though you live in a world, you do not wage war as the world does. Why? Because the weapons of your warfare is spiritual. You now have the very Power of Christ to demolish every stronghold that has been raised up against the things of God. As you function in life refuse to entertain arguments, theories, reasoning’s and every proud and lofty thing that exalts itself above the knowledge of God.
Be always alert and ready to bring justice to every act of insubordination and disobedience by being obedient to God’s Word in your life. Begin to practice and function in life having the “Mind of Christ.”
