You Have Life and Peace in the Spirit

This is so wonderful to know that God is so near. In fact, He lives on the inside of you, His Temple. God has made your body His Sanctuary. You now live by the faith of the Son of God, who loves you and has given Himself for you. You no longer serve sin: “Your old evil desires were nailed to the cross with him; that part of you that loves to sin was crushed and fatally wounded, so that your sin- loving body is no longer under sin's control, no longer needs to be a slave to sin.” Romans 6:6

This now brings newness of life and a fresh beginning. The Lord loves you so much that He has deposited His Spirit into your life. You now live for Christ: “He died for all so that all who live having received eternal life from him might live no longer for themselves, to please themselves, but to spend their lives pleasing Christ who died and rose again for them” – 2 Corinthians 5:15. But now you have arrived at your destination.

By faith in Christ, you are now in direct relationship with God. You are now dressed up in an adult faith wardrobe. Christ’s life which is the fulfilment of God’s original purpose. Everywhere you go, you can freely declare that “Christ lives in you” and that Zoe Life proceeds out of your being.
