Encouragement – Part 22

Greetings to you all in the wonderful name of Jesus. I trust you are well and walking in victory and good success.

The subject matter is “THE LESSONS OF LIFE, THAT CAN HELP YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE”

1. Scripture reference: Romans 8:31 “What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”
2. High morale is a great eliminator, because of the monument and energy that comes with it.
3. Having a high morale removes huge obstacles and setbacks.
4. High morale is a great emancipator. Winning creates breathing room, to take risks and try out new ideas.
5. You cannot turn things around with a team that has low morale.
6. If you have a team with a low morale, don’t get mad and shout down at them even further. Try encouragement.
7. As you encourage your team, you will be surprised at the results. They will give you double than what they normally produce. But you will never know until you encourage the ones you have. You will be amazed, even though they have their talents and qualifications, they will give more and add great value to your team.
