Encouragement – Part 23

Greetings to you all in the wonderful name of Jesus. I trust you are well and walking in victory and good success.

The subject matter is “THE LESSONS OF LIFE, THAT CAN HELP YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE”

1. Scripture reference: Philippians 2:3-4 “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
2. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit.
3. But in lowliness of mind, let each esteem others, better than himself. Let each of you look out, not only for his own interest, but also the interest of others.
4. When we build successful teams, never forget that every persons role is contributing to the bigger picture.
5. Please remember everyone needs encouragement.
6. Just letting someone know their work is appreciated makes a team run more smoothly, becoming stronger and more effective.
7. The nice thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side. Just lift up your team members with sincere appreciation. You will be amazed at what they will produce. Just your attitude will make them love their work and you. The most stubborn person will turn out to be better.
