The Word of God – A Bow for Revenge

“Thy bow was made quite naked, [according] to the oaths of the tribes, [even thy] word. Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers.”
This portion of Scripture recounts God’s deliverance of His people in the days of Exodus. Reference is made of God’s great preservation in the wilderness and His triumphant leading into the Promise Land.
God’s Word is a defence to us born again believers. The Lord rises to save and deliver His sons and daughters out of every adverse circumstance. The Lord Jesus has crushed the enemy and stripped him of his power from head to foot. We merely, by the Word of God and the Anointing of the Spirit, enforce our victory in Christ Jesus. The Word of God is quick and powerful and is indeed a bow for revenge when the armies of darkness storm out to destroy you, they shall fall by the very weapons that they use against you.
The Word of God is your weapon. So, refuse to be moved by the cunning strategies of the enemy. Refuse to fear because God is your defense. You have to live by faith. Let us consider the following Scriptures; *Romans 1:17, “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.” Galatians 3:11, “But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith.” The Word of God is therefore your weapon in this life! Refuse to be moved! Take the Word of God and speak it out boldly without fear and see results manifest right before your eyes
