The Word of God – A Ready Counselor

As you delight yourself in the Word of God, the Word begins to guide you and counsel you in all of your decisions. When you don’t know what to do or which direction to go in, the Word of God by the Anointing of the Holy Spirit will lead you and guide you.

The Word of God is the Power of God.*, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”Romans 1:16. The Word puts you as a believer in centre of situations and circumstances. The Word of God directs you even while you are sleeping. The Word is constantly working. Acting on the Word is letting Jesus act through you. Jesus is Lord and He exercises that Lordship through us. You must therefore get involved with the Gospel

Let us consider a beautiful portion of Scripture found in *Philippians 4:12-14,“I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.” As you meditate on the Word of God, allow it to counsel and lead you in all your ways. This will bring you success in all you do. Keep your ways pure before the Lord Jesus Christ and be a doer of God’s Word
