The Word of God – A Source of Life

“My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.”
The Word of God is the Source of life. We are to look at God’s Word and not the world for solutions and answers. Let us look at the following scriptures:
“But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?” Colossians 3:1-3, “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.”
The Word of God is indeed the Source of your life, blessings, prosperity and abundance. To have life in abundance, to the full until it overflows, the Source is always the Word of God. We are to live in our inheritance. *Psalm 37:18-19, “The LORD knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.” Colossians 1:12, “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:”*
The Word separates us from our old inhabitant, satan. The Word also separates us from unnecessary things unto God. God now gives you Revelation Knowledge to expand your horizons and to obtain a greater reward. Meditate on the opening Scripture today. God’s Word quickens you, as it is the source of life.
