Kingdom Thinking – Part 4

Dr RJ Sing

“Let this same attitude and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:] 6 Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained.”
(Philippians 2:5-6 – AMP)

3. Casting your cares upon the Lord – 1 Peter 5:7 NKJV “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” You can begin to lean heavily on this verse of scripture. Refuse to take care of running everything. Give God the care of keeping it running smoothly.

You must train people and give them the Word because there’s no sense in carrying burdens and cares. When you worry, you are not thinking right. To think right, you have to get rid of imaginations, demons and cares. These must be cast onto the Lord (Matthew 11:28-29) because when you worry, it is not rest, it is confusion.

Hook up with the Word. If it is not of the Word, you have no business yoking up with it because it will burden you and weigh you down. Remember, that His commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:3). Learn to cast down imaginations and to deal with the devil. Cast him out of your life. You have to free yourself so that you can think God’s thoughts. Now, you are ready to frame your world.
