Encouragement – Part 14

Greetings to you all in the wonderful name of Jesus. I trust you are well and walking in victory and good success.

The subject matter is “THE LESSONS OF LIFE, THAT CAN HELP YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE”

1. Scripture reference: Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
2. There are some things every encourager needs to know about people.
3. Firstly, everybody wants to be somebody. Every person needs affirmation. Everybody wants to be somebody. You just begin seeing people as 10. I believe that you can get out of people exactly what you expect from them.
4. Secondly, people really dont want to know that you are very smart. They want to know how must you care and appreciate them.
5. Thirdly, everybody needs somebody. People are looking for people who invest in them and have their interests at heart.
6. Fourthly, anybody who helps somebody influences a lot of somebodies. When you pour your effort into somebody else, it is absolutely amazing how that encouragement gets multiplied.
7. Then fifthly, God loves everybody, they look for people like themselves. Thats the way it should be. Let us all get into the habit to encourage and lift up people.
