Encouragement – Part 6

Greetings to you all in the wonderful name of Jesus. I trust you are well and walking in victory and good success.

The subject matter is “THE LESSONS OF LIFE, THAT CAN HELP YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE”

1. Scripture reference: 1 Corinthians 16:13 “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.”
2. There are high spots in all our lives, and most of them have come about through encouragement.
3. Treat a person as he appears, and you make him worse. But when you treat a person as if he already were, or what he potentially could be, you make him what he should be.
4. A great leader or person has a knack for making their team feel they are better than what they are.
5. It is the little secret to get the best from your team.
6. Never underestimate the power of an encouraging word. It will make everyone feel better about themselves.
7. Children are a good example, praise them and they will respond and do their best. Encouragement is key. Even managers, leaders, workers, and Pastors need to be encouraged. Practice these principles and see the results.
