Making Choices -Part 40

Greetings to you all in the wonderful name of Jesus. I trust you are well and walking in victory and good success.

The subject matter is “THE LESSONS OF LIFE, THAT CAN HELP YOU IN THE MARKET PLACE”

1. Scripture reference: Galatians 6:7 “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”
2. Encouragement is oxygen to the soul.
3. Believe in people. If you don’t believe in them, they won’t believe in you.
4. Build relationships. The closer you are, the more your encouragement counts.
5. Walk your talk. Model first what you want others to do. Show people that they are important, and remember their names.
6. Give people a reputation to uphold, people rise to your level of expectations.
7. Reward what you value. What gets rewarded gets done.
8. Hold more celebrations, acknowledging wins motivates people to keep trying. Encourage partnership and ownership. People want to go up in life, not down. Raise the bar, many people will stretch to success if challenged.
