God wants His people to live an overflowing life in 2021, and they step into favour, abundance and overflow through desire, faith, the renewed mind, knowledge, imagination, persistence and the power of the mind.

Opening
The livestream opens with a host's scripture reading, praise and worship and the offering; his pre-recorded teaching follows. He introduces himself, reminds viewers that in Part 1 he declared 2021 the year of 'Shafat', which he says means favour, abundance and overflow, and prays that they will hear what the Spirit is saying for the new year. He takes 3 John 2 as his foundational scripture and says he will now build on the definitions he gave in the first message.
1. You must have a desire
Wishing will not bring abundance; desire will, because desire becomes a state of mind that leads to a plan. Decide what you want, what you will give in return, and a definite date, then write a clear statement of it and begin at once, whether you feel ready or not.

2. You must have faith
God demands faith, so He has provided the way to get it: the word of faith in your mouth and heart, because faith comes by hearing the Word. Paul preached, saw that the lame man at Lystra had faith, and spoke, and the man walked. Faith must be spoken, not just kept in the heart, and it sees the answer as already received.

Conquering faith: look to Jesus
Stop looking at the symptoms and circumstances and get your mind on the answer. Conquering faith overcomes the flesh, the world and Satan, and it comes from looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who defeated Satan in the wilderness by faith in the Word, as the heroes of faith did before Him.
“Faith is not hoping that you will see the answer in the future. Faith is believing that we have the answer now.”

3. Influence your subconscious mind
By confessions, meditating on the Word of God and using your imagination, you give your subconscious mind its orders, and it turns your desire into overflow.
“When I say orders, I mean confessions, I mean meditating on the Word of God and then also using your imagination.”
4 and 5. Specialised knowledge and imagination
General knowledge is not enough; seek specialised knowledge through experience, alliances with others, colleges, libraries and training courses. Imagination is the workshop of the mind, and the Bible is full of examples of it.
“It pays to know how to purchase knowledge.”
6. Persistence
Lack of persistence is one of the major causes of failure. Make a quality decision to persist through the storms of life, whatever the setbacks, and do not be concerned with critics or people who think little of you.
“You must in yourself make a quality decision that I will persist through the storms of life.”
7. The power of the mind
Power is organised knowledge. A definite plan and a burning desire attract favour, abundance and overflow, but they must be mixed with faith, persistence and action. If you become critical of prosperity, it moves away from you.
“When you become critical of prosperity, when you become critical of abundance, when you become critical of overflow, it will move away from you.”
My declaration for 2021
He declares explosive blessings, God's surpassing favour and faithfulness, and that it is not too late to accomplish what God has put in people's hearts. They will not just survive but thrive, pray bold prayers and see hidden dreams come to pass, because God's favour can change everything in a day.

The overflowing life
Jesus came so we could have life more abundantly. Psalm 112 describes the blessed person with wealth in the house and a fixed heart. Overflow means spreading beyond the banks; God wants us to have zoe, His own kind of life, and the fullness of the blessing Paul spoke of, just as Jesus was given the Spirit without measure.

Putting it into practice
- Write a clear statement of what you desire from God, with a plan and a date.
- Speak your faith out loud and see the answer as already received.
- Feed your mind on confessions, the Word and godly imagination.
- Persist through setbacks and ignore the critics.
- Forgive people in advance and walk in love and reconciliation.
Closing
He invites anyone who does not know Christ, or who has walked away, to pray a simple prayer of salvation and to join a church that preaches faith. He prays for viewers facing sickness or crisis, commanding the mountain to be removed, and encourages them to forgive and be offence-free, sharing that he has decided to forgive people in advance. The host then returns to close the livestream.
