Speaking as a man of God, he exercises spiritual authority by declaring a threefold blessing, a year of overflow, freedom from debt and healing over the people.
Opening
This short segment is ministry time rather than teaching: as the people sit, he begins to speak words over those waiting for breakthroughs in healing, finances and spiritual life. He does not say how it connects to Part 1, though it shows the authority of the believer being put into practice through spoken words.
A threefold blessing in a year of grace
He speaks a threefold blessing over those just keeping their heads above water. He tells the church it is the ministry's fifth year, and that five speaks of grace and of government, a government of grace, so the favour, blessing and goodness of the Lord rest on them.
Illustration: He had just been telling his wife that this was their fifth year of ministry.

A year of overflow: your money matters are settled
To those facing large debt, he says the Lord's word is that their money matters are settled: files will close, money will come in supernaturally, and what was lost will come back this year. He stresses the value of being in the service, because this word is received there and then.

Healing for the body, the marriage and the family
He commands every disease to die, speaks to the pancreas to function properly, and declares diabetes, high blood pressure and barrenness gone. He then speaks healing over struggling marriages, salvation over unsaved spouses and children, and protection over children living far away in Johannesburg or overseas.
“Every disease in your body will die now in the name of Jesus.”
Putting it into practice
- Be present in the service to receive the word spoken there.
- Receive healing and breakthrough by faith as the word is spoken.
- Believe God for supernatural provision to clear your debts this year.
Closing
The recording ends while he is still speaking protection over children living far from home, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
