Inspiration of the Holy Ghost
Dr RJ Sing
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”
Holy men of God spoke as the Holy Spirit inspired them. Therefore, the Scriptures (the Word of God) came by the Will of God. *“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:20-21*.
The Word of God is Quick and Powerful. It has inherent Power and Ability to change lives and situations, Glory to God! We see this in the Book of Hebrews. *“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12.*
The Word of God is so necessary for you as a born again Child of God. This Word is profitable for reproof, for correction and for instruction of Righteousness. What then is the end result? There is a beautiful result. The end result is that you become a man/woman that is perfect and thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
