You Were Planned for God’s Pleasure

“For God has planted them like strong and graceful oaks for His Own Glory”
God has emotions and bringing pleasure to Him is called Worship. If we fail to worship God, we always find a substitute. There is no Biblical definition for worship, it is a lifestyle. You were planned for God’s Pleasure. The moment you were born into this world, God was there as an unseen witness.
Your arrival gave Him great Pleasure. God created you for His own enjoyment. You exist for His benefit, His purpose and His delight. Bringing enjoyment to God, living for His Pleasure, is the first purpose of your life. When you understand this truth, you will never feel insignificant. It proves your worth. You are important to God.
You are a child of God and you bring pleasure to him. Let us now look at the following scriptures, Psalms 34:1 NKJV “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”, 1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the Glory of God” and Colossians 3:23 NIV “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
