2013 The Year of Great Grace & Discovery

From the desk of Pastor Sing

Greetings to all my precious Partners in Christ Jesus our Lord. This month I would like to share with you along the lines of my New Year’s Message entitled, “2013 The Year of Great Grace & Discovery”

My Scripture References are as follows:

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:”

2 Corinthians 9:8

“I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys; I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.”

Isaiah 41:18 (KJV)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)

“Turn not to the right hand nor to the left.”

Proverbs 4:27 (KJV)

“choose you this day whom ye will serve;”

Joshua 24:15
  • 2011 Theme was Victory by the Grace of God
  • 2012 Theme was Total Release.

God is taking us into a New Year and a New Season. We must not allow ourselves to be distracted. Broken focus is the goal of all satanic attacks. Your energy and time are too precious to waste on unproductive; Friendships; Unworthy Criticisms; Pain and hurt

Embarking upon a New Year is always a time of excitement because of the possibilities that lie ahead. It is always a time to reflect on goals, dreams and plans for executing the things we have set out to do. It’s a time of renewal, refreshing and recommitting to some of the things we may have allowed to slip in our lives.

Starting a New Year is like starting at a blank canvas and preparing to paint a portrait you have envisioned. As we have closed out 2012 and look ahead to 2013 and everything it holds, it is a great time to reflect on those things we want to improve on and accomplish. All of us can push ourselves to do more and be more for the Kingdom of God. In fact, God is calling us to walk in a level of Power and authority that is undeniable.

This world has to know who God is and that his love is the key to success and victory in life. The body of Christ is destined to be the light that shines in the midst of darkness, no matter what is going on around us. One of the areas in which we must renew our minds, is where the Grace of God is concerned. By releasing our Faith in God’s ability and not our own we position ourselves to do great exploits and demonstrate who God really is to this world.

We have to let go of the Past to enjoy the future:

Delays: The enemy of life tries to abort your miracles. He knows how to cause delays and weaken your desire.

Deceit: satan is a master of deception and error. He derails the dreams of Millions. Many dreams have crashed on the rocks.

Distractions: Broken focus is the goal of all satanic attacks. Everything around you will try to distract you. Sometimes they are good things but not all good things are God things.

Disappointment: When you look back you may be disappointed with others and yourself. Everybody makes mistakes. Begin to let go. Forget about Past losses. Set your sight on new Victories. You are a champion. God created you to win.

Never forget two battle truths, Your battle is always for a Reason and Your battle is always for a Season.

“He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.”

Revelation 3:5

“Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.”

Revelation 3:12

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”

Revelation 3:21

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

1 Timothy 6:12

Make the following decisions:

  1. Make a quality decision to go on with God. You have already been in your past. There was nothing there that you wanted. So fight to get to your future.
  2. Do Battle: Don’t be afraid. God has not given you a spirit of Fear.

Your endurance will bring you to your promised land. Your rewards will be greater this year. The rewards of overcoming are worth a thousand times more than any pain you will experience. Know, that the taste of Victory lasts far longer than the memory of your struggle. The definition of discovery is the action or process of discovering or being discovered. A Person or thing discovered, Detection, disclosure, Realization, Revelation, Uncovering, unearthing, innovation, invention. What will you discover in the year 2013? Your Destiny, your Dreams, your Desires (What God offers), Your Abundance (Wealth), Your Promotion, Your Purpose, Your True Enemies/Friends, Your Talents.

Your Discovery: Your purpose is not your decision, but your discovery. What you love is a clue to your assignment and purpose in life. You will produce great results this year. Intolerance of the present creates a future. Whatever God has already given you, will create anything else he has promised you. When you let go of what is in your hand , God will let go of what is in His hand. You will discover your Spiritual gifts. You will discover your natural talents.

Your 6 most effective battle weapons:

-You will not win a spiritual battle by your own strength or wisdom.

“Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.”

Zechariah 4:6

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

-You must know and speak the Word of God.

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

Hebrews 4:12

-Your conversations should reflect the mentality of a conqueror.

“That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.”

Proverbs 8:21

-You must take authority over satan in the Name of Jesus.

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”

Proverbs 18:10

- You must clothe yourself in spiritual armor each morning in prayer.

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.”

Ephesians 6:13

-You must respect the Power of prayer and fasting.

“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?”

Isaiah 58:6

You must pursue and obtain the wisdom of God from mentors He places in your life.

“A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:”

Proverbs 1:5

N.B Someone said: “Your mentor should be your greatest source of Stress”

4 Forces that shorten your season of struggle:

1. Your Speaking- Words of Faith build up your Spirit. Faith talk is explosive. When God wanted the future to begin, He Spoke.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

Proverbs 18:21

2. Your Singing- Singing creates a climate that satan cannot tolerate.

“And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.”

1 Samuel 16:23

3. Your Sharing (and Agreement)

“Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Mat 18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”

Matthew 18:18-19

4. Your Seed Sowing

- Sowing creates partnership with God and involves Him in your adversity.

“10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Mal 3:11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.”

Malachi 3:10-11

In conclusion I would like to say I see you in your journey to Victory and Discovery. God never consults your past to determine your future. Champions are rarely chosen from the ranks of the unscarred.

Satan always attacks those who are next in line for promotion. Begin to flow in God’s Grace.

May God continue to richly bless you and your family. I pray for you daily and take pleasure in seeing you enjoy God’s blessings.

We Love You very Much, Dr. Roshan and Pastor Zubeda Sing
